What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check-in from 2.00 pm.
If the room is already available, you can start your stay or you can store your luggage and start enjoying all hotel facilities.
You can check-out by 10.00 am and leave your suitcases in our left-luggage office until the departure.

What are the opening times of the restaurant?

Breakfast 7.30 - 10.00 am - Lunch 12.30 - 2.00 pm - Dinner 7.00 - 9.00 pm

Are there any specific dietary requirements?

It is important to specify them at the time of booking. Then we will decide a suitable menu together with our chef.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

Yes, Hotel Kursaal has a large swimming pool facing the sea

Does the hotel have a spa?

Yes, the Kursaal Hotel has a spa inaugurated in 2021, with a sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, relaxation area with herbal tea, massage cabins

What are the hotel payment options?

We accept cash up to the amount permitted by law. Above that amount you can pay by credit cards and bankcard.

What if I need an invoice?

You just need to inform the reception staff at the time of booking, by conveying your tax data.

Is there a concierge at the hotel?

Yes, there is. The hotel is under 24-hour supervision.

What if a doctor is needed?

You can go to the first-aid station’s practice otherwise the doctor can come to the hotel 24 hours a day. You pay directly the doctor.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, small and medium size pets are welcome at the hotel except for the restaurant and the swimming pool areas with a supplement of €10 per night.

Is there a car park?

Yes, the hotel has a covered car park which must be booked and paid for (€20 per day subject to availability). Hotel Kursaal also has an additional discounted parking a few km from the hotel (€10 per day) which can be reached with a free shuttle.

The railway station of Cattolica, San Giovanni in M. and Gabicce Mare is about 1.1 km far from the hotel.

In which town area is the hotel exactly?

Hotel Kursaal is right by the sea, on the seafront Rasi Spinelli, the promenade connecting up to the Darsena (the dockyard) of the city.
